Regina was drawn to art at an early age. In middle school her teacher remarked,'this is the best painting I have ever seen a sixth grader do',
referring to Regina's sense of composition and color.
Over twenty years ago,Regina began entering national and international art exhibits,winning an Honorable Mention Award in her second show.
Having long admired the work of the 'Old Masters',today,her paintings(many are miniatures)are mostly gouache(opaque watercolor) on ivorine or polymin(synthetic ivory), or acrylic on acid-free paper.
Her drawings are in colored pencil,or graphite pencil.
Regina's artwork has been juried into numerous national and international art shows,including the prestigious,World Federation of Miniaturists,
'World Show' held every four years in different locations around the world,including,Tasmania, Australia(2008),Moscow,Russia(2012) and many prestigious juried art shows including:The Miniature Art Society of Florida,The Miniature Painters,Sculptors and Graver's Society of Washington,DC,
(she is an elected member) .Her award winning work is included in many private collections nationwide.
