Description
at the turn of the 20th century the motometer was how drivers knew the temperature of the coolant in their vehicles. This specific moto-meter is a Ford Boyce branded motometer. The wings on this motometer spanned 4 inches on each side, so as far as wings for motometers go it was a rather large set. The wing base was an option for the motometer, you could purchase it with just the hex base and no wings. This specific motometer was about to return to service on a rebuilt Model A motor.
