This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

About Susan Combest
Lover of art in all forms. I’ve studied all mediums... but recently discovered my passion for Foliage art. The first thrill, is of foraging in beautiful gardens and even untamed prairies and studying the glory of natural elements. A twig defines a jawline....a leaf becomes a brow....the perfect petal or leaf forms the lips. My eye is always focused on those possibilities. Once in my studio.... I let the collected items inspire me. Each piece delicately balances upon another. Nothing is glued or taped. When complete..... photographs are carefully taken and soon after.....the portrait is wiped away and is only archived through the photos. Similar to building a sand castle, only to have the tide wash it away.
