The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is an image of a 1988 Chevy corvette anniversary edition. This special edition was limited to 2,050 examples of this fourth generation car. The vehicle was only offered in triple white with 35 anniversary logo. Today an extremely clean, low milage example sells around $40,000.
