Introduction: The Chevrolet Camaro was introduced in 1966 as a response to the Ford Mustang. The Z/28 package was aimed at creating a high-performance road-going version of the Camaro for Trans Am racing.
Facts:
Design: The 1969 Camaro RS Z/28 retained the classic Camaro design but featured several distinctive elements, including racing stripes, Z/28 badging, and front and rear spoilers. The RS designation added hidden headlights and other unique design elements.
