Awesome! I love it. The wood came with a small split, but it blends into the character of the wood. Really neat.

Got this for my fiancé for his birthday.. he is a huge larry bird fan.. I mean.. beyond. he has excel spreadsheets proving why Larry is the best of all time... He absolutely loved this gift. Totally wasn't expecting it. I know it made him tear up a little, he was in such disbelief. Arguably one of the best sports illustrated covers of all time. The quality is incredible. I can't wait to order more from this site for future christmas gifts.

Got as a gift for my neighbor who is a huge Lion's fan, his first year with season tickets. Good year to make that purchase. He loves it in his new office.

This was great. I then ordered a canvas of Thomas Merton and got some cheap poorly stapled piece. Sent it back Saturday. Hope I get a refund. Yesterday I ordered Our Sister Thea Bowman on canvas. Hope it comes as ordered and like St. Lazarus of Bethany.
Artist's Description
This is an image of a sailboat that has been secured in anticipation of the storm ahead. This was a very smart move, it was a real nasty storm.
This image was captured while I was on lunch for a seminar. The information that was being shared was deep and intense so I grabbed my camera and headed down to the water, a few blocks away, to see if there was anything cool to capture. The breeze has somewhat of an ocean smell to it and it was obvious that a storm was rolling in. The sailboat owner has just moored their boat and battened down the sails, locked down the hatch and exited the boat.
I was looking at the sailboat and somewhat paying attention to the storm that was rolling in, although I must admit I was not watching the storm as well as I should have and then it appeared, the cloud cover and partially blocked sunlight made for a very cool reflection of the sailboat in the water on this hot and humid summer afternoon. Off in the distance lightning was beginning t...

Chris, there is that wonder of those stormy skies. How I love seeing this with the sailboat alone and so vulnerable. That bolt of lighting makes a wonderful addition to this narrative in itself. Wonderful. F/L

Fabulous capture Chris! This wonderful image has lots of interesting elements: sailboat, sailboat reflection, streak of lightning, stormy clouds, dock with cool dock light fixtures, and one of my favorites - The American Flag. I consider this to be the "perfect" photo! Raw nature: the lighting, the stillness of the water, promising of what is to come; the special light, only seem before storms -- the beautiful boat, just a little wary. Great Chris L/F
